Terms of Service

eyoxo is operated by G3 GOLDEN TECHNOLOGY SRL, a company registered in Romania under registration number 37598443, with its registered office at Strada Nerva Traian, Nr. 7, Bloc M66, Scara 1, Etaj 5, Ap. 19, București, Sectorul 3, Romania. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean G3 GOLDEN TECHNOLOGY SRL.

eyoxo researches a topic you provide, generates a narrated video from it, and — if you choose to connect a channel — publishes it to YouTube and/or TikTok on a schedule you set. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove parts of the service over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use eyoxo.

Connecting a YouTube or TikTok account authorizes eyoxo to upload video and read basic channel information on your behalf, using only the access you explicitly grant during that platform's own authorization screen. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the account inside eyoxo, and separately by removing eyoxo's access from that platform's own security settings. Your use of YouTube and TikTok through eyoxo remains subject to each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines — eyoxo is not responsible for actions either platform takes on your content or account.

You retain ownership of the topics, briefs, and any other input you provide, and of the videos generated from them. By using the service, you grant eyoxo the license needed to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy to generate and publish it.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to generate and publish, and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights, break the law, or violate the terms of the platform you publish it to.

Scripts, images, narration, and titles/descriptions are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or mistakes. Review generated content before it publishes, particularly for anything factual. eyoxo does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output.

You agree not to use eyoxo to generate or publish content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's intellectual property;
• Is defamatory, harassing, or intended to deceive;
• Violates the terms, community guidelines, or policies of any platform you publish to;
• Attempts to interfere with or abuse the service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

You may stop using eyoxo and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eyoxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action taken by YouTube, TikTok, or any other third-party platform on content you published through it.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live. The courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
